Corn Potage Soup

- 150 grams Corn kernels
- 150 ml Water
- 150 ml Milk
- 1/2 Soup stock cubes
- 1 Butter (to taste)
- 1 Salt and pepper (to taste)
- 1 Onion (1/2 medium)
Directions

1Thinly slice the onions, and cook in butter until wilted.

2Add the water and soup stock and boil.

3Add the corn, and boil for about 10 minutes.

4Stop the heat and add the milk.

5Use a blender or food processor to mix.

6If you like a smooth soup filter it, if you like chunky, keep as is.

7Heat, and adjust the flavor while tasting with salt and pepper and it's complete.
