Ingredients

  • 4 eggs, whipped
  • 1 3/4 c. milk
  • 1 stick melted butter
  • 20 oz. bag frozen corn
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • black pepper
  • dash of Tabasco

Directions

    Melt corn a bit, then chop a bit (not fine) in processor. Blend into mixture of eggs, milk and butter.

    Add sugar, salt, black pepper and Tabasco.

    Put into baking dish (greased).

    Bake at 325° for 1 hour and 15 minutes or a little longer.
