  • 3 eggs
  • 3 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/3 c. scalded milk
  • 1 1/2 c. whole kernel corn
  • 1/4 c. chopped onions (optional)

Directions

    Blend eggs; add other ingredients.

    Mix until corn is mixed in the batter.

    Pour into buttered casserole dish and cook until firm, 1 hour at 350°.
