- 2 egg
- 1 c. whole milk
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Wash and dry corn.

2Scrape off kernels then re-scrape with dull edge of knife.

3Beat eggs and milk together; add corn, sugar, melted butter, salt and pepper.

4Pour into greased baking dish. Bake at 375° until pudding is just set, about 35 to 45 minutes.
