  • 4 ears corn
  • 2 egg
  • 1 c. whole milk
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Wash and dry corn.

    Scrape off kernels then re-scrape with dull edge of knife.

    Beat eggs and milk together; add corn, sugar, melted butter, salt and pepper.

    Pour into greased baking dish. Bake at 375° until pudding is just set, about 35 to 45 minutes.
