- 1 can cream-style corn
- 1/2 c. milk
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- pepper to taste
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 4 eggs, beaten slightly
Directions

1Combine all ingredients.

2Pour into buttered baking dish. Place dish into a pan of hot water and bake slowly (250° to 300°) for approximately 1 to 1 1/2 hours, until firm.

3Test by inserting knife into center of pudding.

4Pudding is done if knife comes out clean.
