Ingredients

  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 4 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 4 eggs, beaten slightly

Directions

    Combine all ingredients.

    Pour into buttered baking dish. Place dish into a pan of hot water and bake slowly (250° to 300°) for approximately 1 to 1 1/2 hours, until firm.

    Test by inserting knife into center of pudding.

    Pudding is done if knife comes out clean.

    Serves 4.
