  • 2 c. fresh creamed corn
  • 4 eggs, separated
  • 1 c. heavy cream
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper

    Stir in cream, flour, sugar, salt and pepper into eggs.

    Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into mixture.
