- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 2 c. corn, drained
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- dash of salt
- 1/2 c. milk
- 2 eggs, well beaten
Directions

1Melt butter; stir in flour, salt and sugar. Add milk gradually. Stirring, cook over medium heat until thickened. When it boils, it is thickened. Stir in corn and eggs. Pour into a greased casserole. Set in shallow pan of hot water. Bake 15 minutes at 375°, then 30 minutes at 350°. Check; if knife placed into the center comes out clean and middle is firm, it is done. It usually takes at least 1 hour.
