- corn oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 (6 oz.) can evaporated milk
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 (16 oz.) can cream-style corn
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- oleo (for top)
Directions

1Lightly grease a 7-inch baking dish with oil.

2Heat oven to 350°.

3Beat the eggs and evaporated milk together.

4Stir sugar and cornstarch together in a small bowl.

5Slowly add to egg mixture. Beat until blended.

6Fold in corn, salt and pepper.

7Put in pan and dot with oleo.

8Bake until pudding is set and golden brown, about 1 hour.
