  • 1 (8 oz.) can whole corn, drained
  • 1 (8 oz.) can cream-style corn
  • 1 (8 oz.) Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1 stick margarine, melted

Directions

    Mix eggs, margarine and sour cream well.

    Add corns; mix well. Bake at 350° in a greased 8 to 9-inch square pan for 35 minutes.
