- 3 c. corn (6 to 7 ears)
- 3 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 3 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. milk
Directions

1Cut corn off the cob.

2Beat eggs until light and fluffy.

3Add milk, sugar and salt.

4Stir in corn and melted butter.

5Pour into buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole and bake at 375° until set and brown.

6(I use 2 cans of corn, drained, if I don't have fresh corn.)
