- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cream-style corn
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs
- 7/8 c. half and half
- 3 Tbsp. margarine
Directions

1Blend margarine, flour, sugar and salt in 1 1/2-quart baking dish.

2Add frozen corn.

3Beat eggs and cream together and pour over corn.

4Bake at 325° for about an hour, until the pudding is nearly set.

5If the corn was frozen, stir after about 15 minutes to distribute corn.
