  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cream-style corn
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 7/8 c. half and half
  • 3 Tbsp. margarine

Directions

    Blend margarine, flour, sugar and salt in 1 1/2-quart baking dish.

    Add frozen corn.

    Beat eggs and cream together and pour over corn.

    Bake at 325° for about an hour, until the pudding is nearly set.

    If the corn was frozen, stir after about 15 minutes to distribute corn.
