  • 2 c. whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 4 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 2 pt. milk
  • 8 Tbsp. flour
  • 4 rounded tsp. sugar
  • 4 eggs, well beaten

Directions

    Stir flour, salt, sugar and butter into corn.

    Add well beaten eggs to milk; stir into corn mixture.

    Place in a 2 quart lightly buttered shallow baking dish.

    Bake for 40 to 45 minutes at 325°. Stir from the bottom (3 times), during baking time.
