  • 1/2 stick butter, softened
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. milk
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 can white Shoe Peg corn or 2 c. fresh corn

    Thoroughly mix softened butter and sugar.

    Add eggs and mix well.

    Add sifted flour and salt; mix.

    Add corn and milk and mix well.

    Pour into slightly greased 1-quart baking dish at 375° for 45 minutes.
