- 4 Large Eggs
- 6 Tbls. Butter, melted
- 2 1/4 Tbls. All-Purpose Flour
- 1 Tbls. Sugar
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1/4 tsp. Ground Red Pepper
- 1/4 tsp. Ground Nutmeg
- 1 3/4 Cups Frozen Whole White Corn Kernels, thawed
- 1 Can Creamed Yellow Corn
- 1 Cup Heavy Cream
Directions

1Heat Oven to 325 degrees.

2Grease a deep 1 1/2 Quart Baking Dish.

3Beat Eggs in a large bowl. Stir in Butter, Flour, Sugar, Pepper and Nutmeg until blended, then stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into prepared baking dish.

4Bake 1 hour and 20 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
