  • 1 stick Melted Butter
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 whole Egg
  • 1 can Creamed Corn
  • 1 can Whole Kernel Corn
  • 1 box Corn Muffin Mix

Directions

    Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

    Melt butter and then in a bowl start adding your ingredients.

    First mix in the sour cream, egg, creamed and canned corn together. DO NOT drain your corn! Use the whole thing, just pour it all in.

    Then add the box of muffin mix. Mix it well. Pour into a well greased shallow baking dish.

    Cook for one hour, until top has a bit of a brown color to it. Let cool for about 10 minutes before serving.
