- 1 stick Melted Butter
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1 whole Egg
- 1 can Creamed Corn
- 1 can Whole Kernel Corn
- 1 box Corn Muffin Mix
Directions

1Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

2Melt butter and then in a bowl start adding your ingredients.

3First mix in the sour cream, egg, creamed and canned corn together. DO NOT drain your corn! Use the whole thing, just pour it all in.

4Then add the box of muffin mix. Mix it well. Pour into a well greased shallow baking dish.

5Cook for one hour, until top has a bit of a brown color to it. Let cool for about 10 minutes before serving.
