  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 packages corn bread or muffin mix 8 1/2 ounces
  • 1/2 cup 2% , milk
  • 1 can corn
  • 1 can cream style corn

    cream butter and sugar till light and fluffy.

    add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.

    beat in sour cream.

    gradually add muffin mix alternately with milk.

    fold in corn.

    pour in greased 3 qrt.

    baking dish.

    bake uncovered at 325 for 45 to 50 min until set and lightly browned.
