- 4 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. plus grated Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Beat the eggs and mix with the first 5 ingredients.

2Put in greased casserole.

3Cover with thick layer of Cheddar cheese. Bake uncovered at 350° for about 1 hour.
