  • 1 can whole kernel corn
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • saltine crackers

Directions

    Lightly beat eggs, milk and sugar.

    Add cans of corn and mix together.

    Pour into greased baking dish.

    Top with crushed saltines.

    Bake in 400° oven for 30 to 40 minutes, until center is set, or microwave for 10 minutes, or until center is set.
