- 3 eggs, beaten
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch or flour
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 2 c. whipping cream (not whipped)
- 1 c. milk
- 1 pkg. frozen corn (about 2 c.) or 5 ears fresh corn, cut off cob
Directions

1Mix all ingredients together well.

2Cook about 15 minutes at 375°, stirring often.

3When pudding begins to thicken, turn oven back to 300° and cook until solid.

4(Total baking time approximately 45 minutes.)
