  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. cornstarch or flour
  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 2 c. whipping cream (not whipped)
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 pkg. frozen corn (about 2 c.) or 5 ears fresh corn, cut off cob

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together well.

    Cook about 15 minutes at 375°, stirring often.

    When pudding begins to thicken, turn oven back to 300° and cook until solid.

    (Total baking time approximately 45 minutes.)
