- 1 can cream-style corn
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- dash of Tabasco
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. milk
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Grease 11 x 7 x 7 or 8 x 8 x 2 baking pan with 1 tablespoon butter.

3Mix in medium bowl the corn, milk, cornstarch, salt, Tabasco, sugar, eggs and milk.

4Pour corn mixture into preheated pan and bake 40 to 45 minutes or until pudding is set.
