  • 6 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 Tbsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp. ground red pepper
  • 1 c. heavy cream
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 (17 oz.) can yellow corn
  • 1 3/4 c. whole kernel corn (frozen) or 1 (12 oz.) can corn, drained

    Grease a 1 1/2-quart dish.

    Beat eggs in large bowl.

    Stir in salt, pepper and nutmeg until blended.

    Stir in remaining ingredients.

    Pour into dish.

    Bake in a 350° oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until knife inserted comes out clean.
