  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 4 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 can cream-style corn

Directions

    Mix flour and sugar together.

    Add beaten eggs, milk and corn. Mix well.

    Melt butter in pan or dish and pour in corn mixture. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

    Test for done by putting a table knife in center.

    If knife comes out without corn mixture, it is done.
