  • 8 eggs
  • 4 cans Del Monte cream-style corn
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar to taste
  • 1 stick melted butter or margarine
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg (some on top of pudding)

Directions

    Beat eggs.

    Add sugar, creamed corn, vanilla and nutmeg.

    Melt butter and mix it in.

    Sprinkle nutmeg on top.

    Cook 1 hour or until knife is clean at 325°.

    Serve hot.
