- 1 can cream-style corn
- 1 1/2 c. milk (hot)
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 3 eggs, separated
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- pinch of salt
Directions

1Beat egg yolks, cornstarch, sugar and salt.

2Add corn, milk and butter.

3Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.

4Pour into a 1 1/2-quart buttered casserole.

5Set dish in a pan of hot water. Bake approximately 1 1/2 hours at 350°.
