  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 4 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter
  • nutmeg

Directions

    Mix the first 6 ingredients in bowl; pour into buttered casserole.

    Pour melted butter on top; sprinkle nutmeg over top. Bake at 325° for 45 minutes, or until firm.
