  • 10 ears corn or 2 cans Shoe Peg variety
  • 3 Tbsp. real butter
  • 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 1 pt. whole milk
  • 3 eggs, separated
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt

Directions

    Melt butter and smooth flour in it.

    Add milk, beaten egg yolks, sugar, salt and corn.

    Fold in egg whites.

    Bake in a greased casserole dish at 350° until firm.

    Should take 45 minutes.
