  • 1 (8 1/2 oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix
  • 1 can whole kernel corn
  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1/2 c. margarine, melted
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Mix all ingredients, except cheese.

    Pour in 13 x 9-inch or larger casserole dish or two (8-inch) square dishes.

    Make one, freeze one.
