- 1 (8 1/2 oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 1 can cream-style corn
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/2 c. margarine, melted
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Mix all ingredients, except cheese.

2Pour in 13 x 9-inch or larger casserole dish or two (8-inch) square dishes.

3Make one, freeze one.

4Sprinkle with cheese.

5Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
