  • 2 cans cream-style corn (17 oz. size)
  • 4 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 can (5.3 oz.) evaporated milk

Directions

    Mix flour, salt and sugar.

    Add corn, milk and eggs. Pour into a buttered casserole dish.

    Sprinkle top with butter.

    Bake 1 hour in 400° oven.

    Center should be firm.

    Check after 45 minutes to see if center is firm.
