- 2 cans cream-style corn (17 oz. size)
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 can (5.3 oz.) evaporated milk
Directions

1Mix flour, salt and sugar.

2Add corn, milk and eggs. Pour into a buttered casserole dish.

3Sprinkle top with butter.

4Bake 1 hour in 400° oven.

5Center should be firm.

6Check after 45 minutes to see if center is firm.
