- 4 eggs
- 2 c. frozen corn, thawed and drained
- 8 Tbsp. flour
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 4 Tbsp. sugar
- 4 Tbsp. melted butter
- 3 c. half and half milk
Directions

1Stir flour, salt, sugar and butter into corn.

2Beat eggs.

3Add well beaten eggs to milk.

4Stir into corn mixture.

5Pour into a 1 1/2 quart casserole.

6Stir twice while baking.

7Bake at 325° for 25 to 30 minutes.

8If it still appears to be runny in center, bake an additional 5 minutes or until set.
