- 2 c. fresh corn, cut from cob
- 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 c. milk
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
Directions

1Combine corn, flour, sugar and salt; stir well. Combine remaining ingredients, mixing well; stir into corn mixture.

2Pour into lightly greased 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.

3Bake at 350° for 1 hour, stirring twice during first 30 minutes.

4Yields 6 to 8 servings.
