- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. sour cream
- 2 cans whole kernel white corn
- 1 lb. bacon or 1 jar real bacon pieces
Directions

1Cook bacon.

2Cook onion in butter until soft, then blend in flour and salt.

3Add sour cream gradually to flour mixture, stirring constantly.

4Heat to boil and add corn.

5Bring to a boil again and fold in 1/2 cup crumbled bacon or 1/2 jar bacon pieces. Turn into greased baking dish and garnish with remaining crumbled bacon and parsley.
