  • 4 c. corn
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 stick butter (on top)
  • 8 Tbsp. sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • enough milk or cream to cover

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together.

    Sprinkle top with freshly grated black pepper and place butter over the top (evenly spaced). Bake 45 to 60 minutes in a 325° oven.

    Will be set in center and resemble the consistency of custard.
