  • 1 lb. or 2 c. whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 4 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. leaf thyme
