- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 1 c. milk or light cream
- 1 Tbsp. melted oleo
Directions

1Beat eggs and add corn.

2Mix flour, sugar, salt and pepper. Stir in milk; blend in oleo.

3Mix with corn mixture; blend well. Pour into greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.

4Bake at 325° for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
