  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
  • 2 c. milk
  • 2 c. drained canned whole kernel corn
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 c. butter

Directions

    Combine first 3 ingredients in a small mixing bowl; beat well. Add milk, corn and salt, stirring well.

    Melt butter in a 1 1/2-quart casserole; pour in corn mixture.

    Bake at 400° for 45 to 60 minutes or until firm and golden brown.
