  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 3 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream

Directions

    Mix softened oleo, sugar and onion with corn, cornbread mix and 1 egg, beaten.

    Put in casserole and cover with sour cream. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
