- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
- 1 stick oleo
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
Directions

1Mix softened oleo, sugar and onion with corn, cornbread mix and 1 egg, beaten.

2Put in casserole and cover with sour cream. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
