  • 8 large crackers, crushed
  • 1 1/2 c. milk (pour enough milk on crackers to soak, not soggy)
  • 2 eggs, well beaten
  • 1 c. creamed corn
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Add all ingredients to soaked (not soggy) crackers and pour into greased casserole dish.

    Dot with melted butter.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
