  • 1 c. cream-style crushed corn (Del Monte)
  • 4 large eggs, beaten
  • 2 c. whole milk
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 3 Tbsp. white sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Put butter in casserole; briefly melt in a 350° oven to coat bottom of dish.

    Mix corn, flour, sugar, salt and pepper; add beaten eggs and milk.

    Mix together well and put in buttered casserole.
