- 6 ears fresh corn or 4 c. frozen uncooked corn
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 c. cream or evaporated milk
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- salt to taste
- dash of cinnamon
Directions

1Scrape uncooked corn from the cob.

2Heat butter until melted. Stir in sugar and flour and remove from heat.

3Gradually stir in cream.

4Add well beaten eggs, baking powder and salt.

5Mix well. Fold in corn, stirring until well mixed.

6Grease a 2-quart casserole.

7Pour in corn mixture.

8Bake 45 minutes at 350°. Sprinkle with cinnamon.

9Serves 6.
