  • 1 small can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 c. Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. vegetable oil
  • 1 1/2 to 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 eggs

Directions
