- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1 (17 oz.) can creamed corn
- 3 eggs, beaten
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Grease 1-quart casserole dish.

3In 2-quart saucepan, melt butter or margarine.

4Stir in flour, sugar and salt until blended.

5Slowly stir in milk and cook, stirring constantly until thickened.

6Remove from heat; stir in corn and eggs.

7Pour into casserole dish and bake 1 hour or until knife inserted in middle comes out clean.
