  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 can whole kernel corn
  • 1 box cornbread jiffy mix
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

Directions

    Do not drain corn.

    Mix all together. Pour into 2 qt. greased dish.

    Cover and bake at 450° for 15 minutes.

    Reduce heat to 350° and bake uncovered another 15 minutes.
