- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 eggs
- 1 (1 lb.) can creamed corn
- 1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
- butter
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Lightly grease 1 1/2-quart baking dish. Combine sugar and cornstarch in medium bowl.

3Add eggs and mix. Add corn and milk; mix well.

4Turn into baking dish.

5Dot with butter (about 1/2 stick).

6Bake until center is almost firm, about 1 hour.
