- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
- 1/4 c. granulated sugar
- 3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 c. evaporated milk
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 2 pkg. frozen whole kernel corn (10 oz. each), thawed
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Melt butter in saucepan.

3Mix sugar and flour; stir into melted butter.

4Stir in milk, eggs and baking powder.

5Mix well.

6Stir in corn.

7Pour mixture into 2-quart buttered casserole or two 1-quart baking dishes.

8Bake in oven until top is golden brown and center is set, about 45 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
