  • 2 c. (1 lb. 1 oz.) can cream-style corn
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 c. milk

Directions

    Beat eggs until thick and add corn.

    Combine flour, sugar and salt; add to corn mixture.

    Add milk and butter and blend thoroughly.

    Turn into greased 1 1/2-quart casserole and bake in 325° oven about 1 hour and 20 minutes.

    Stir from bottom twice during baking period.

    Serves 6 to 8.
