  • 5 or 6 ears fresh corn (cut off small and scrape cob)
  • 3 eggs, well beaten
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar (scant)
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • salt to taste

Directions

    Beat eggs with sugar; add milk, salt and corn.

    Pour into buttered casserole.

    Dot with butter.

    Place in 350°

    oven and cook until thick and golden, approximately 45 minutes.
