- 1 can whole corn
- 2 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 egg, beaten
- dash of nutmeg
Directions

1Mix flour, salt, sugar and beaten egg.

2Add to corn and mix thoroughly.

3Add hot milk.

4Pour into 1-quart baking pan.

5Dot with butter and sprinkle lightly with nutmeg.

6Set in pan of water and bake until custard is set.

7Cook about 1 hour at 325°.
