  • 2 cans whole kernel corn, drained
  • 4 Tbsp. flour
  • 4 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 4 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 8 oz. evaporated milk
  • 8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese (mild)

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together.

    Pour into greased casserole. Bake in a 350° oven for 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
