- 1/3 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1 c. milk
- 2 c. cooked corn, cook frozen corn until thawed, salt and pepper to taste, then drain
- 1/3 stick margarine
Directions

1Mix sugar and flour together; add beaten eggs.

2Add milk and corn; stir well.

3In a 1-quart casserole dish melt the margarine. Turn the dish so the margarine greases the sides, then stir the margarine into the corn mixture and pour everything into the casserole dish.

4Bake at 375° for 45 minutes, until browned.
