  • 1 c. frozen corn
  • 1 can white cream-style corn
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 c. half and half cream
  • 1 Tbsp. butter

Directions

    Mix creamed corn, egg, sugar, flour and nutmeg until blended. Add cream and fold in frozen corn.

    Pour into a greased baking dish and dot with the butter and bake at 300° until corn pudding is thick, about an hour.
